Join us for this new after school art program just for kids
We have engaged Blip Art School to run our children's art classes and we are very excited to bring these classes back to Prospect! Owned and facilitated by Ella James, who has over 10 years of experience assisting young artists, Blip uses art to inspire young minds to be curious, use problem-solving skills, and take pride in originality.
In each block of workshops, the term is planned to explore multiple mediums. The diverse range of classes allows students to experiment with all areas of the artistic world and discover which styles of creating they resonate with. The focus is on the process of making and creating, and not on the finished product.
This doesn't mean that students won’t create some incredible art work, it just means that the classes are not designed to pressure students to create a specific piece of art. Instead, the focus is placed on developing their imagination.
Suitable for children aged 6-12 years.
