Annual Business Plan and Budget
Council produces an Annual Business Plan to outline the services Council will provide to the community. This is a statutory requirement, but the Business Plan is something we are proud to share, as it clearly outlines our efforts for the Prospect community.
Council produces an annual report every year to outline our activities and achievements for the preceding 12 months. This is a statutory requirement, but one that we are happy to comply with as we believe that transparency is an important part of governance.
These forms help Council deliver the best possible service to our community.
By-Laws are supplementary legislation set by local governments to manage, control, and regulate activities within the boundaries of a Council.
Freedom of Information
Requests to access other Council and Council Committee documents can be made under the Freedom of Information Act 1991.
Plans & Strategies
Our various plans and strategies, in collaboration with residents, business owners, and interested parties, help to determine the characteristics of the City that our community want to live, work, and be a part of.
Policies and Procedures
The policies listed on this page are Council policies, and as such they have been submitted to, and approved by our Elected Members. These policies provide guidance for our Administration in many areas of Council business, helping us achieve our goal of governing in the best way possible.
