Community

City of Prospect prides itself on being committed to maintaining the distinctive, connected, inclusive and culturally engaged community we have.

Our Community Services include shopping runs and day trips on our Community Bus, a roster of Justices of the Peace (JPs) available for witnessing the signing of documents, and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP) which assists the elderly and at-risk.

If you’re looking for somewhere in our community to do anything, from hosting a function or meeting, through to running fitness classes, or launching a special event, indoor or outdoor, then we have plenty of options for you to consider. We are now 100% online for our bookings through SpacetoCo, and you will be able to search rooms, parks, venues, availability, rates and much more.

Prospect Library is a welcoming and diverse environment that houses many services and facilities under it's roof, including membership to the state-wide One Card Network public library catalogue, PC access and printing, Justice of the Peace services, children's Rhyme Time and Story Time activities, school holiday activities, study spaces and more.

City of Prospect runs and supports a number of programs and community organisations, with things to do for all ages!
