Public Question Time

When: every fourth Tuesday of the month, 7:00pm (see a schedule of meetings here)

Where: Payinthi, 128 Prospect Road

Have a question for Council? City of Prospect is committed to understanding the community’s needs and to learn about your views. After a successful six month trial, Council has resolved to continue Public Question Time indefinitely. We believe that this is an excellent opportunity for the community to directly engage with Council, and Members of the public are encouraged to come along to meetings and participate in question time.

Alternatively, use the electronic form below to submit your question. Questions received five clear days ahead of a meeting will be taken on notice and included in the agenda. The answer will be read out by the Presiding Member on the night.

The nature of questions is subject to guidelines set out by the Code of Practice – Meeting Procedures.
