Council Meetings
Council, Committee, Council Assessment Panel (CAP) meetings, and Councillor Information and Workshop Sessions are open to the public and media except on occasions where there is discussion of confidential items. Meetings are held on Level 1 of Payinthi situated at 128 Prospect Road, Prospect.
Members of the public are able to view Council Meetings only via the live stream on Council’s YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofProspect1
Council and Committee agendas, reports and minutes can also be accessed on Council's Agendas and Minutes page. Copies of the Agendas are available at the meetings, or from Payinthi - Council Offices from the Friday before the meeting.
Minutes are available on the Friday following the meeting or within five days of the meeting.

Full Council Meetings
Meetings of the full Council are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month (excluding public holidays) starting at 7:00 pm (unless stated otherwise) in the Tirkanthi Kuu Room, for the following dates:

Councillor Information & Workshop Sessions
Councillor Information and Workshop Sessions are held on an as-required basis (as determined by the Chief Executive Officer), with a preference for them being on a Tuesday evening.
Audit and Risk Committee
Audit and Risk Committee has appointed meetings for 2024 to be held on Monday evenings, commencing 6:00pm in the Tirkanthi Kuu Room, for the following dates:
- Monday 19 February 2024 - Audit and Risk Committee Meeting, 6pm in Tirkanthi Kuu Room level 1
- Monday 15 April 2024 - Audit and Risk Committee Meeting, 6pm in Tirkanthi Kuu Room level 1
- Monday 15 July 2024 - Audit and Risk Committee Meeting, 6pm in Tirkanthi Kuu Room level 1
- Monday 21 October 2024 - Audit and Risk Committee Meeting, 6pm in Tirkanthi Kuu Room level 1
- Monday 2 December 2024 - Audit and Risk Committee Meeting, 6pm in Tirkanthi Kuu Room level 1
Council Assessment Panel
The Council Assessment Panel (CAP) meets on the second Monday of the month starting at 5:30 pm (unless this date falls on a public holiday and then an alternative date will be selected if required) in the Tirkanthi Kuu Room.
Strategic Planning and Development Policies Committee
The Committee meets as required.
