Advocacy and Information

Prospect Community Support team members will encourage and support you to use an advocate of your choice to represent you.  An advocate may be a carer, family member, friend, neighbour or anyone who you wish to represent you.  It is your right to have an advocate represent your interest and assist with planning and service delivery.

Prospect Community Support, through the Advocacy Guideline, acknowledges and recognises the importance of advocacy services and will support you to access an appropriate advocate to represent you should you require this assistance.  A copy of this guideline is available from the team upon request.
