Representative Buildings Review Code Amendment

In 2010 and 2012, Council conducted surveys to preserve our city's historical areas and places. These surveys identified 431 significant buildings in certain areas that were not included in the city's previous Development Plan.

After reviewing the State Government's Planning and Design Code, we found that five out of eleven historic areas in City of Prospect have no Representative Buildings listed at all.

Council is recommending for a total of 446 additional Representative Buildings to be recognised.

Consultation is now closed for the Representative Buildings Review Code Amendment. We thank you for sharing your valuable feedback.
