Our Digital Help sessions provide training on most common technology devices and software, including your phone or laptop.

Are you asking any of the following questions?

  • ”I've got a new phone and need help using it.”
  • “I want to download Apps but don’t know how.”
  • “I want to setup an email address.”
  • “I need help to communicate with loved ones using my phone.”
  • “I want to transfer my photos from one device to another.”

Would you love to feel more confident using your device or laptop? Do you feel like there is nowhere to turn to for help and feel like a burden asking the people around you? Prospect Library offers the solution through our Digital Help One-on-One Training sessions.
