Reduce stress levels, become less judgmental, and develop a greater appreciation for the only moment we can experience; the present moment.
Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation or want to practice within a group setting, these sessions can accommodate your needs to gain more focus and feel an immense sense of calm and clarity.
In the first 20 minutes of each session, you will be taught mindfulness meditation techniques through a training presentation. After this, a 20 minute group mindfulness meditation session will start that is open to beginners through to all levels of expertise.
Experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation in this monthly series, every second Monday of the month.
Please note that this program is recommended for ages 15+.
