Wedding and Event Bookings
Bookings of Council facilities and parks have currently been suspended in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Council cares for its community and this change of service comes as part of our local response to this global issue. Naturally, we apologise for any inconvenience caused but trust you understand this position.

City of Prospect has engaged SpacetoCo for a three month trial to book spaces in four City of Prospect parks and outdoor spaces.
What spaces can I book?
City of Prospect has seven bookable spaces across four parks:
- Memorial Gardens
Sound Shell, Pavilion, Adjacent RSL (3 spaces) - St Helens Park Rotunda (1 space)
- Prospect Estate
Eastern Water Feature and Western Rotunda (2 spaces) - Barker Gardens (1 space)
Bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours, and do not result in exclusive use of the entire park (you must allow movement by public around designated hire area).

Who are SpacetoCo?
SpacetoCo is a sharing economy platform for the short term hire of Space. For those looking for Space, it allows people to find what they need for any activity. For those with Space, it gives them an opportunity to market their space for an hourly price, and reduces administration costs associated with taking bookings.
