City of Prospect is a rapidly evolving city and owns a diverse asset portfolio. Our assets include buildings, footpaths, open spaces (parks and reserves), roads and stormwater infrastructure.
We are delighted to announce that Council has endorsed the Asset Management Plan, a comprehensive strategy that outlines the management of buildings, footpaths, open spaces (such as parks and reserves), roads, and stormwater infrastructure for the next 10 years.
The involvement of residents in the community consultation at the end of 2022 had a significant impact on shaping the future of our city. Thank you to those who participated and provided their valuable insights.
