Community Grants Program
Are you a member of a local community group or organisation looking for support? Or are you the owner of a heritage-listed property looking to undertake a conservation project? Or perhaps you are a practising artist looking to produce public art?
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply for City of Prospect’s 2016/17 Annual Grants Program, which opens 25 July 2016. Funding is available in the following categories:
Grants of up to $5,000 are available to eligible groups and organisations.
Council offers funding of up to $2,000 to individuals who are owners of local heritage properties within the Historic Conservation Zone.
Small public art grants of up to $1,000 each are available to individual artists for temporary public art projects or installations within City of Prospect boundaries.
Applications must be received by close of business Friday, 30 September 2016.
Local businesses, community organisations, clubs and individuals are also able to apply for grants from the State Government. GRANTassist provides the community with access to current information on State Government assistance and programs relevant to Community Groups, Clubs and Individuals.
