Join us for Puppy Yoga with Paws for Change, a one-hour session combining gentle yoga, relaxation and the joy of spending time with playful puppies.
Perfect for all experience levels, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, energised and smiling from ear to ear.
As you move through a series of simple yoga poses, you'll be joined by adorable puppies who are sure to bring plenty of fun (and a few distractions!) to your practice.
Best of all, all proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Paws for Change, helping support their work with animals in need.
What to bring;
- Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat
Suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.
