Following the success of It Takes Two! Legendary Duets Live! and Have You Heard The News? The Music of Huey Lewis, Rohan Watts and Melanie Smith return with a festive live music show built around the songs that have soundtracked Australian Christmases for decades.
Backed by their outstanding live band, the It Takes Two Orchestra, Christmas Gold draws from five decades of holiday hits and timeless crowd favourites. The show features music made famous by artists such as Brenda Lee, Elvis Presley, Wham!, Mariah Carey and Paul Kelly, combining international Christmas classics with songs that have become part of the Australian festive experience.
This is not a carols concert. It sits somewhere between a Christmas party and a live music event, upbeat and celebratory, with room for the nostalgic and the emotional. Watts and Smith bring their signature big vocals, humour, storytelling and genuine audience interaction across two full sets.
From Christmas favourites and radio staples to uniquely Australian moments such as 'How To Make Gravy', Christmas Gold captures the warmth, fun and sense of connection that make the festive season special.
Tickets are $20 each and your first drink is on the house!
