In May, the potential to purchase 142-148 Main North Road, adjacent to Prospect Oval and Main North Road arose, and Council agreed to quickly investigate the potential for strategic land purchase.
On 13 June, a Special Council Meeting resolved for delegated staff to submit an Expression of Interest subject to pre-agreed conditions being met.
