Altering a Public Road
This form is required if you require:
- Crossover Permit
- Utilities Permit- Electrical/ Stormwater
- Verge Development- inc. install of irrigation
- Encroachment- eg. Structure or airspace/ canopy
- Other Alteration to a Public Road- eg relocate road sign, chicane or other infrastructure
Process
- Download and complete the Application Form - link Ensure this is signed by the Property Owner
- Attach Required Documents:
- Evidence of public liability insurance policy certificate of currency to a minimum of $20 million.
- Plan showing the proposed alteration.
- Photos of existing infrastructure.
- Submit the form, via email, to admin@prospect.sa.gov.au
