Terms and Conditions - Father's Day 2026

Agreement to Terms
By entering the Prospect Road SA Father’s Day Hamper Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in an entry being deemed ineligible.

Competition Period
The competition will run from Wednesday 19 August until 4:00pm, Wednesday 2 September 2026.

Eligibility
Entry is open to all individuals. Employees of City of Prospect and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.

How to Enter – Prospect Road SA Father’s Day Giveaway
To enter:

a) Follow @prospectroadsa on Instagram or Facebook
b) Follow all participating businesses as listed in the competition post
c) Comment on the competition post and tag a father, father figure, or someone who deserves something special this Father’s Day

Entries
a) Entries must be received within the competition period
b) Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must comply with the entry requirements
c) Entrants must complete all required entry steps to be eligible to win

Prize Winner
There will be one (1) winner in total.

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.

Prize
The winner will receive one (1) Father’s Day Hamper valued at over $1000, consisting of items, vouchers, experiences and products contributed by participating Prospect Road businesses.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win this competition.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered through.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

The winner will be randomly drawn  and announced on Wednesday 2 September 2026.

Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be used for any other purpose without consent.

Promotion
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be published on City of Prospect and Prospect Road SA platforms for promotional and marketing purposes.

Liability
a) The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries.

b) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the prize.

Promoter
For the purposes of this competition, the Promoter is the City of Prospect in collaboration with participating Prospect Road businesses, promoted via @prospectroadsa digital channels.

General Conditions
a) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

b) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
