Our 2023-2027 Economic Development Growth Strategy commits to undertake an annual vacancy rate survey and report for Prospect Road, Main North Road, and Churchill Road. Similarly, our Strategic Community Plan pillar ‘Funding our Future’ aligns with occupancy and tenancy mix assessments to inform decision-making and attract investment and visitors.
These assessments will continue to be undertaken on an annual basis, in alignment with the 2023-2027 Economic Development Growth Strategy. Tracking this data will help understand occupancy patterns and tenancy mix, aiding in decision-making for economic development across our City.
