Cooking with Food Scraps

Wasting food wastes water, land, energy, labour, money and love. Many items that we commonly waste are actually key ingredients for yummy recipes. These recipes will satisfy, get your creative juices flowing and save you money and waste worries.
In this session with Sarah from KESAB Environmental Solutions, participants will make Carrot Top Pesto, Avocado Seed Shampoo, Bread and Butter pudding and more.
This workshop is suitable for all ages, children must be supervised by an adult.
