Council recently received a petition opposing a proposed telecommunications facility. While the application had been scheduled for the Development Assessment Panel (DAP) meeting on 14 May 2012, the applicant has requested additional time to respond to the submissions received. As such, the proposal will not be considered by the DAP in May.

The Audit Committee Meeting which was scheduled for Monday 7 May 2012 (commencing at 6pm) has been rescheduled to Tuesday 29 May 2012 (commencing at 5pm).
The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, 128 Prospect Road, Prospect.
