Request a Service

Request a Service is an application to have Council take some form of action to provide services or works.  Council’s Customer Request Management system provides an online portal for requests to be made for a variety of Council services.


Customer Service Charter

Council seeks to promote a complaint valuing culture supported by policies and procedures incorporating quality management principles, transparent accountability and sound decision making. Complaints give us the chance to put things right.

Request for Information – is an application to have Council take some form of action to provide generally available information about Council services or works.

Make a Complaint  – is an expression of dissatisfaction with a product or service provided by Council or its representative that has failed to reach the standard stated, implied or expected. A complaint to Council may relate to a decision by Council or its employees which may affect a ratepayer, community member, organisation or business.

Make a Suggestion - is an indication of what we are doing well, and what can be done to improve services or processes.

Abandoned Trolleys

Coles and Woolworths continue to work closely with Council and the community to manage their trolleys, but they need their customers' help to return their trolleys after use, and report abandoned trolleys, so that they can collect them within 24 hours.

To report a Coles abandoned shopping trolley, fill out their online Abandoned Trolley Form, or call 1800 TROLLEY (1800 876 553), or via email.

For a Woolworths trolley, you can also call a free Trolley Tracker hotline on 1800 641 497.
