Elected Members Gifts and Benefits Register

The Elected Member Code of Conduct requires a Gifts and Benefits register be maintained by the Council's Chief Executive Officer and updated quarterly. Council Members who receive (or are offered) a gift or benefit of more than $100 must ensure that details of each gift are recorded within the Register, which is available in the quarterly Information Report as part of the Council Agenda (October, January, April and July).

Elected Member Allowances and Benefits Register

The Local Government Act 1999 requires the Chief Executive Officer to maintain a Register of Allowances and Benefits for Elected Members.
