Future Prospects
A Review of City of Prospect’s Strategic Plan
Council has commenced reviewing its Strategic Plan to determine what the City will look like in the future and identify the activities Council will undertake for this to occur.
Council is keen to engage the whole community to get a variety of views. As a result, Council is undertaking a two stage approach in reviewing its Strategic Plan.
During Stage 1 Council received over 300 responses to their online survey. These ideas and comments will shape Council’s views on what is important to the community and will be used to develop its Draft Strategic Plan.
When drafted, the Draft Strategic Plan will be sent to all respondents who participated in Stage 1, and will also be placed on Council’s website for consultation.
The purpose of the Stage 2 consultation is to check the Draft Strategic Plan adequately summaries the aspirations of the community and the key services and measures that will move Council towards achieving its Vision for our city.
