Coles and Woolworths continue to work closely with Council and the community to manage their trolleys, but they need their customers' help to return their trolleys after use, and report abandoned trolleys, so that they can collect them within 24 hours.
To report a Coles abandoned shopping trolley, fill out their online Abandoned Trolley Form, or call 1800 TROLLEY (1800 876 553), or via email.
For a Woolworths trolley, you can also call a free Trolley Tracker hotline on 1800 641 497, or download an app to your mobile phone to report an abandoned trolley.
